I think it will be fine.i wouldn't rush to paint it.

Diane, I didn’t mean the white top & cab had to match as in same color but in tone - warmer or cooler white. Lighting makes a difference too as some light makes whites look yellow. So I’d just check those points before rushing to paint assuming the vanity finish is in good condition. The hardware on vanity might change the look too.

Ok. They’re painting the vanity now white dove. That’s what I chose because the countertop was supposed to come in and be Calcutta gold but it just came in as that white countertop you see that they just installed. So, I can keep them painting it white dove or change to a different color while they’re still here painting. I agree that hardware might change the look to thank you for the advice.

I would then go with a bright white. SW 7007.

This vanity is SW 7007. Lots of popular whites.

I have two other bathrooms with white vanities and white tops.

One is corian, the other a white Thassos.
