Lighting over Kitchen Sink?

Hello there! We are starting a full gut of our kitchen and I’m hoping for some help with lighting over the kitchen sink. The window is getting a bit longer but staying in the same general location/going to double hung. This is the only window. 50s mid century ranch with a lot of wood tones.
We have recessed lighting, undercabinet lighting and one other pendant light planned.

2-3 sconces in space above window
short pendant centered with sink, hitting near the top of window, and small recessed lights on either side
