Doirin , generally you can buy a fireplace for appx £3000.00 , the issues that can add to that are your flue and the labour , liner etc .Please ensure that you go to a reputable firm with references and industry ratings. For example I use a company called Stonecraft in Edinburgh for all my fireplace work. The can quality control/guarantee the product and give you proper advice and guidance as building standards are very hot on fireplaces in the UK these days, particularly with gas. Wow!!! What vision! Now, I am have had a real good study of the after photos, I have decided to go with a blue and white Spode theme in my living room for accessories! This really does look elegant with a scattering of modern day twists..... coffee table. The rooms looks light, bright and elegant and I love it! Going to give myself two weeks from today and then I will come back with my version of this room in a diluted form with probably a much trimmed budget!! Will post before and after pictures on here in two weeks time... Come back people and see what you think.... Be honest...... But not unkind! .........

Well, I said I was inspired by this wonderful makeover and was going to post before and after pics back! I decided in the end not to go with the Spode look as I didn't have many pieces in it and it would have meant sourcing just for 'the look'! So used pieces that I had.... The back wall was basalt and although I loved it, it was far too dark for the room and despite living with it for several months, it had to go so have painted and changed things a little. Haven't done anything on that feature wall yet between the two lamps on the console table and know that it is crying out for something. But this is what I have achieved as a result of your article. Thank you.

Vivi , we created the website around our images along with a traditional branding exercise which should be easy for you to achieve, really its the images that should sell/promote/excite and inspire your clients both existing and new. Don't fall into the trap of using web programmes that are to easy to spot and don't reflect your brand. Best of luck Malcolm
