Summerhouse design- multi room

Hi :) yay- finally I can get started on my own project- the room is basically a large summerhouse/annexe at the bottom of our short garden. It has a bathroom and store room to the left, but otherwise a large rectangular room 16' wide, 20ft approx long with French patio doors at front. Room is north facing (less sun).
I want to create an extra living space/tv room, with a studio/office and a gym!
The room is also occ use for parties and large gatherings so want to keep furniture to minimum and inc flexibility.
Dilemma is gym has to stay! Thers a multigym, squat stand, treadmill (hidden behind sofa) and other benches and weights - Iv desp looked for ideas of creating a beautiful multifunction space with an ugly gym in it but can't find anything that really fits the bill!
I have a pretty good idea of what I want now- combining modern design- eastern influences and a bit of English country :)
It can basically be eclectic and as colourful as we want.
Points to note- all furniture is going/can go except gym and one or two tables/dressers. The fridge has to b ther for time being, so wondering if I can place it behind door on left to keep out of way.
I'm thinking of splitting the gym as shown and screening it off with room dividers. If I create a false wall or screen off completely it makes the rest of room feel v small so want to keep it as open as possible.
I will be having a black leather more modern sofa and two tub chairs coming soon (a freebie).
Budget is reasonable... But can't spend so much on a summerhouse!
Help!
