Gap between countertop and cabinet. How should it be fixed?

We just had our countertops installed and there is a huge gap in the master bath between the countertop and the cabinets. I cant see any shims, and when I checked the contact with a piece of paper, i could run it between the cabinet and the countertop all the way accross. We checked, and the counterttop is level. how should this be fixed. It cant be good to have nothing supporting the weight of the 3cm Quartz. Its heavy!
