The granite is a rip and replace! You "made" that decision when you changed the rest.

We don't know what size, but get thee to a stone yard and look at remnants plain white, or absolute black granite, or get a simple Dupont Corian in white.

Now the granite has to go I have no idea why you chose thta floor tile so a bit of info too. BTW do not use baseboard as backsplash As for wall color I would choose the light gray from the floor and I aslo would like to see the shower

If you change the vanity top you could keep the wall color. But as the others have said, the vanity top doesn't work and there is no way to get it to work at this point. I like the new floor, but it was a misfire if your intention was to not change the countertop.

Floor looks so nice; the counter top and the baseboard backsplash need to go. Consider a black honed counter as replacement.
