What are the dimensions of this bathroom? What is an appropriate layout for a 6' x 6'9" bathroom?

This bathroom is approximately 7 1/2' x 5'

This is probably the best layout for the size. When choosing the size of the shower, make sure you are within codes for the toilet location.

What are you using the 4th wall for ... the one we can't see?

The 4th wall is a custom built-in storage unit with a linen closet, toiletry cabinet and a utility/mop closet. Wood construction with Corian doors.

The shower pan is a custom stainless steel pan that was designed for this bathroom. The drain cover is also custom.
