Where are you located? I would start with LEE industries. Hickory chair would also be a good source. As for the fabric, you'll have to see what the manufacturers offer or choose your own COM.

Oh, that dark wall is such a pretty gray/green/gold/brown. I think that makes it bronze! Look at Ben Moore's Herbal Escape/1487. Then look at Jamesboro Gold/HC-88 and Livingston Gold/HC-16. It's a rainy day here, so colors change on me every time I move my chair! The lighter wall could be Sherwin's Kilim Beige/6106. Such great contrast.

The cream is a builder spec beige. The green is a custom blend from SW to match the drapes and artwork

I no longer have the plans to this house so I am not entirely sure. If I had to guess it is at least 15' x 20'
