• Modular Pizza Oven Kit "Volta"

• The kit includes all pieces for the dome, floor, and the arch in front. It also includes 1 box of mineral insulation for the floor.

• The walls and floor are 2.36" thick and are made from a proprietary refractory material which is extremely crack proof.

There are 3 sizes to choose from:

• Volta 80 - 31.5" cooking surface
• Volta 100 - 39.3" cooking surface
• Volta 120 - 47.3" cooking surface
• This pizza oven goes up to 1100F and if properly insulated you can find it at 400F the next morning. It's currently used in restaurants, pizzerias, and primarily homes, both indoor and outdoor.
• This pizza oven kit interlocks! It means that no mortar is required for assembly, not even on the joints. Each piece has a groove to connect with the pieces next to it, assembly of the kit takes approx. 30 min.! The rest of the work is building the base and covering with veneer.
• Mineral floor insulation board is included - just lay it down and assemble your oven on top. If you wish to purchase ceramic blankets they are avail. from our store, you need 2 for this size oven. The blankets should be wrapped around the oven, pressed with regular Home Depot chicken wire and then veneer can be applied. It's that simple!
