Aerial Development Group

Aerial Development has failed to finish the development of the East Greenway Park neighborhood. This has been ongoing for a year and a half. They have not completed the paving of the roads (both city and private), the installation of street lights, the removal of exposed electrical at the entrance to Shelby Park, nor have they finished getting the storm water approved by Metro. Worst of all, we have been informed that the bond has expired and is accruing interest. When asked for a response, the owner is evasive and gives generic answers. I would never recommend buying from nor doing business with this company or the owner. They were fully paid for the homes in the neighborhood and have, thus far, failed to perform their contractual obligations.

Incredible company and workmanship! I will only buy from Aerial from now on! I loved being able to work with the design team, superintendents and sales people. It was a pleasant experience all the way through!

My experience in working with Aerial during the purchase process was very positive. The house was already under construction but my partner and I had input into such items as interior paint colors, kitchen details, landscaping and a number of finish options. Everyone at Aerial was willing to accomodate our requests and do all possible within the timeline we had to close on the house. We will be in the house a year this July and we are enjoying living in it alot. Both my partner and I would (and do) highly recommend Aerial Development homes to others in the market for quality new construction in both the East Nashville and Salemtown/Germantown neighborhoods of Nashville!
