We chose Benjamin Andrew Construction because they did the renovation in our home before we bought it and we knew they did great work. This project was for a screened in porch. I think the most difficult part about construction is that if you're not super specific about what you want you, don't know exactly what you're going to get, and it can be a little unpredictable. We definitely love the finished project and I am out there every single day (even in high summer in the south - it's HOT). I love this space and they did a beautiful job!! I would do it again in a heartbeat and wish we'd done it sooner.

Ben (Andrew Benjamin Construction) has assembled a fantastic team of professionals with an eye for detail and the know-how to get it done. We had a very tricky project that involved just about every class of construction skills. Project manager Ian never skipped a beat and did work that other contractors wouldn't even touch. High marks all around, and I still haven't got tired of all the compliments from friends and neighbors. In a world with so many "hack" contractors, I'm glad I found a good one!

Ben is a courteous, honest and knowledgeable professional. When you are doing a major renovation on 100 year old house you never know what you will find. Ben always put forth solutions with options. His subcontractors were professional, clean and respectful of our family. His job site foreman became a part of our family. Ben's personal craftsmanship was revealed as he personally was involved in the the more individualized parts of our renovation. A man of his word, he kept us up to date with expenditures, payments, scheduling and only took last payment when the punch list was done and we were truly satisfied. And of course we were truly satisfied.

We purchased a house and did a total kitchen renovation. Ben's knowledge and direction during the planning phase of the project far exceeded our expectations. He walked us through the project in a professional and timely manner. We would highly recommend Benjamin Andrew Construction as well as use him again for future home projects.

I recently purchased a 1950’s home that had undergone some renovations. There were other areas that I wanted to update to make my house into my home. UPDATE 9/2017 - This is my second review for Benjamin Andrew Construction and I could not be more pleased with the second project completed by Ben and his team. In phase two of my renovation for my 1950's home, I wanted the basic 1950's garage modernized with new electrical, sheet rock, insulation, paint and LED lighting on the inside as well as the outside. Like the first project, Ben communicated with me throughout the process and answered my questions as well as offered suggestions. I recommend Benjamin Andrew Construction for their professionalism, design, knowledge, and integrity. Who knows, maybe there will be a phase three! Ben will be the one I call!

The Screened-in Porch that Ben added to our home has made a huge difference in the way we use our outdoor space. He was very creative when we encountered some obstacles. he keeps his promises, uses good products and finished on time. I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family.

Benjamin Andrew Construction has completed multiple projects for us, meeting/exceeding our expectations each time. Projects have included finished woodwork, stonework, electrical work, and a master bath remodel. They have become our "go-to" contractor for all of our future work. Benjamin Andrew Construction completed a major 2 story addition to our home. It was a "tricky one" because he was adding on to a solid log home. He was honest, professional and did an awesome job within the time frame promised! Ben communicated regularly was easy to get in touch with and stood behind his work. All of his sub contractors were top notch and the finishes in my home are beautiful. We are very happy and would highly recommend Benjamin Andrew Construction to anyone.
