With so many professionals out there, it's hard to navigate through who would be the better fit for your project. Renovation Coach: We come in as a project manager for your remodel. We are not a contractor or structural engineer (however we have those available) We can be your advocate in hiring those, managing the schedule and basically, being your representative so you can go to work and not be distracted while your house is being overrun with subs. Coaches also help with budgeting, design, choosing materials and guidance. Renovation Consultant: This help is available as more of an 'a la carte' service. We can assist with every step and decision, to just one room, or just getting your feet wet. We 'hand hold' and help you feel successful in your decisions. We do help with all parties involved being heard and their creative expression expressed. Design/ Build The design/build model focuses on the big picture. From inception to completion the design/build crew handle every detail. This is for the client who doesn't want the stress of remodel details and responsibility. This client is comfortable leaving it in the hands of a team of professionals that know how to work together and get the job done on time, on budget and can afford to do so.
