I had a flood in my home and was very impressed with Select Restoration. John handled communication with my insurance company on my behalf and went above and beyond by sourcing flooring samples when my existing flooring was no longer available. As a busy professional, this saved me a great deal of time and stress. The crew was polite, clean, and efficient, and the work was completed professionally. Highly recommended.

We can't recommend Select Restoration enough! John and his team responded to our call the same day and did everything in their knowledge and power to get our basement back in shape within a tight timeline and numerous complications along the way. We are grateful for everything and will recommend Select Restoration to anyone who has water damage issues. John managed to make this stressful situation easy and smooth and we also learned so much through the process. He took the time to answer every single question we had and went above and beyond in every aspect of the work. Again, we are just so grateful that we worked with John and his team. I don’t write reviews often, but when I do it’s because the community needs to know, John @ SELECT is the man when it comes to insurance claims, emergency services and doing good! It was Christmas Day morning we discovered a slow leak in our basement. I called a handful of companies I found on Google, John’s team was the only team to call me back the same afternoon and immediately offered me free advice on what to do myself. He didn't need to come same day, so we booked for next day. He arrived himself with all his tools to check for water and mould. For the last two months, he’s been the only person who cares and has been following the details, everything from the emergency work to the things insurance missed in their own estimate of our house. He’s one of those guys who works for the big insurance companies, they know him, his reputation and his estimates are realistic. He was able to get what we needed to restore the damage from the flood. No disputes, super smooth, I'm super happy. If it wasn't because of him I wouldn't have noticed the low estimate our insurance company offered at first. If you’re reading this and are looking for someone help you with emergency work and restoration with an insurance claim, talk to John, he’ll ensure you’re doing things by the book, in the right order. 

There’s a lot of scammers out there taking shortcuts and taking advantage of customers in an emergency situation, becareful. John knows a lot about water damage, mould and how to restore things to how they were and he takes care of all the paper work, without any addition fees. He's a do-gooder. Thank you John for everything you did for us in our new house and the new floors that needed replacing from water damage. Bless ya!

I would like to recommend Select Restoration to any and everyone who is looking for a service and advise in the most truthful way. John from the company helped me with water damage by guiding us properly about what the problem is how bad thr damage is. He has no intention to rip $$ from us and he truthfully guided is what could be the solution without spending too many dollars. I would highly recommend this if you looking for a reasonable support.

John and his crew serviced an emergency morning water leak during the winter. They arrived quickly, accessed the situation, cleaned up the water and setup fans/dehumidifiers. Within a couple of hours the situation was completely under control and on track to being back to normal. Throughout the process John and his group were exceptionally helpful. They worked diligently but they were also kind and compassionate regarding the situation within our home. We’ve never been through an experience such as this, so the whole process was very new to us. Their crew stayed late to complete the repairs and gave us ample updates along the way. John specifically always returned calls and messages quickly, I never felt ignored or secondary. When it came to dealing with our insurance company, John worked with the adjuster and walked me through the process. I can’t begin to express the fantastic experience I had with this company and from what I’ve heard from friends, service like this is not the norm but the exception. This group is competent and thorough and they run a great company. I strongly recommend John and his team at Servepro.
