I was really excited at first with this company. They had a great price they returned emails and calls. I thought everything was clarified prior to placing the order. I received my order just as they said. I had a problem when I realised there was a confusion on a special piece we were trying to get for the stairs. When I brought this up and asked if we could exchange or talk about some type of refund I was told no. Also, it became more difficult to get return calls or emails and they pretty much dropped us saying the part we needed was on back order. I was frustrated because the mistake was on both parts. The sales person thought they understood what we were talking about and they were not and they were not willing to budge. I would say if you are really clear about what you want they go with this company. If you need help in clarifying the parts I would say go somewhere else

The price seemed to good to be true. It was legitimate.
My wife and I shopped for tile at the local floor retailers around Seattle and everywhere we went was charging at least $2.00 per sq. foot more than Ecomoso. Correspondence via email was easy with Karen. She was courteous and professional.
My only complaint is that I tried to reach her (twice) by phone and got some weird British lady on an answering machine. Email is the way to go.
She shipped my tile to the Bedrosians (a local tile supply warehouse) in Kent (near Seattle) for me to pick up and saved me over $200 in delivery fees. The tile arrived and I had one box which was broken, but Bedrosians had it in stock and replaced it on the spot. Karen had instructed me to check all my freight for crushed corners or broken tile and said she would send replacements if need be, but that it helps to be proactive and refuse damaged boxes.
I am very pleased with my new tile floor and saved a bunch of money by ordering through Ecomoso (which paid for my new Rubi tile cutter)

We could not have been happier with our new kitchen floor. It is authentic and truly breathtaking. Cleaning of the floor is very easy and it is also comfortable on the feet. Pricing of the project was reasonable and their customer service was super patient and everyone who worked at our home was polite and respectful. Now because of the new flooring, kitchen is really the highlight of our house. I highly recommend this company!

I ordered tile for 3200 sq ft house. Karen gave me the best price and a great service. Karen made sure to communicate with me along the way to make sure I receive the tile on time. She worked the extra mile to get the tile delivered inside the garage. The tile was exactly as expected with no broken except a few. I was very pleased. I like this company and it was super easy to communicate with Karen. Thank you Karen!

I originally found the tile I was looking for at a local retailer, but it seemed very expensive. After doing some research online, I came across Ecomoso and their price was considerably less than the local retailer. Karen at Ecomoso was very quick in responding to all my email inquiries and meeting my requested delivery timeline. Due to unforeseen event, the company I was supposed to pick my tile up at was unable to accommodate my weekend pickup, so Karen went above and beyond by having her assistant bring the tile out to my home. She and Ecomoso truly were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues. I also will be using them in the future for any of my tile needs. Ecomoso and Karen truly are top notch. Thank you again!

We ordered 2400 square feet of Lauzon Natural Hickory from Ecomoso. Our project was slow in the process but Karen was very patient and helpful with suggestions during the months of our decision making. We have not installed the product but were very happy with pricing, delivery projections and the product. By ordering from Ecomoso we were able to save thousands of $$$. Our local flooring companies in Southern Ca. weren't able to beat Ecomoso's prices and the fact we ordered out of state was not a problem at all. 2 Thumbs up for Ecomoso!!!!

Be sure to get samples from them!! Be sure to READ the entire agreement before signing and understand that if anything goes wrong with the products you order from them, you will NOT be helped. You cannot call the company directly. They have a recording set up with a fun woman with a British accent, and you will eventually get a call back. After that, they are helpful in getting your money, but they do not care about providing you with the correct product. In my case, Ecomoso KNEW in ADVANCE via the REP from US FLOORS who asked via email (which I have PROOF) 2 x if she had sampled me and if I was definitely wanting the Current version of COTTON as the color had changed from the original release. Ecomoso easily lied and said she had sampled me and that I wanted the NEW version and she did not even know that there was a color change...and thus 600 sq ft of wrong flooring was shipped to me AFTER this communication...all the way in Hawaii. If Ecomoso had just told me what the rep told her, all this trouble could have been avoided and I would have probably chosen another color. They did not refund any shipping charges to or from Hawaii....and actually charged me 30% restocking fee even when the manufacturer did not charge them!! And I was the one who made sure there was no restocking fee for Ecomoso!! It was a DISASTER to say the least. I lost over $2000 with this company!! Fortunately, there is a flooring company here in Maui that brings in really good quality Stranded Bamboo flooring and I purchased really nice flooring from them, NOT from Ecomoso and I would NEVER do so again. A man called me up all happy to help me, advised me to return the flooring FREIGHT COLLECT...but then after I shipped it, he never communicated with me again and would not pick up the freight and then Storage fees started stacking up. Ecomoso was not really in the picture at that point, because it was supposed to be handled by Riverview...it got VERY confusing and when I stopped hearing from Ecomoso, I decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company just to get their attention as I could never get anyone on the phone. The credit card company said it was easiest to dispute the WHOLE charge, rather than itemizing it at that point, and then deal with the details of the actual refund when the time came to settle....and they said that since Ecomoso knew BEFORE shipping that there was a problem with the color COTTON then I would be refunded fully along with shipping charges.... So I believed the credit card company agent. After all this though, the credit card company sided with Ecomoso because of the signed document which states that customer is responsible for all returns and 30% restocking fee....thus they are completely protected and I lost out on money I really needed for this renovation. I am so upset for looking for a good deal on the internet and stumbling upon this business which has brought so much stress to my life!! I have attached a photo of the color discrepancy just to show you how far OFF the color was and how that might actually be a problem!! The color on top is the one that arrived, the one on the bottom is a store sample. US floors should make sure that all their reps have the right sample color on hand, but they also send FREE Samples any time someone wants to order flooring and they should INSIST, but this time they only advised Ecomoso 2 times, and then Ecomoso ignored this recommendation from US Floors.

This customer and her issues are completely off base. Kayden called our company requesting a very specific product she had seen in a local store. I am a retailer for US Floors, and US Floors is the manufacturer and sole distributor for the US Floors product line, of which Kayden wanted to purchase from. I placed her order with them and shipped it to the port in Los Angeles, just as Kayden requested. Once she received the order, she decided she did not like the color of the bamboo and claimed it to be defective. The material was not defective, and just because she did not like the color did not negate it defective. We mutually reached an agreement that Kayden would send her material back to Los Angeles, where she picked it up at her cost, and I would pay the cost of freight from LA to Dalton GA. Instead of Kayden doing the things we agreed on, she decided to keep the underlayment that came with the order, send the bamboo back "freight collect", expecting Ecomoso to cover all of the costs, and that was not agreed upon. The material sat in storage collecting storage fees, which she also demanded our company pay for. Once she sent this material back, she issued a full chargeback for the order despite the fact that she kept some of the material, and she had no problem lying, and set forth a series of events that were unnecessary. Since we did not make this material her anger is completely misdirected. Kayden has written numerous bad reviews intentionally just to slander our company because she had to share some responsibility in this ordeal. She made frivolous demands on our company and made no demands with US Floors, the true responsible party who actually makes this material. Lastly, there is no way to fight a credit card dispute unless you are actually telling the truth about the real situation, as Ecomoso did in this case. Kayden set out to deceive and cheat her way through the system and she was issued a refund for the order by Ecomoso, less the freight as we agreed previously. The sad part is Kayden wants to make everyone think we do not service our customers and that we are somehow a "front" for other businesses like Floor Ninja, is another lie. Floor Ninja is a blog, where we talk about flooring, featured on the front page of our website. So Kayden should consider doing some better research before issuing slanderous reviews. Also, for Kayden to be allowed to continue posting bad reviews is pathetic and childish.

This co won't ship me tile I paid for! Original shipment came. I noted damaged boxes on delivery slip, as asked. Called co. Reported exact # of damaged tile. Sent out 5 replacement boxes, no questions asked. That shipment the boxes were severely smashed. Only 1 box usable. Called co. Reported condition of shipment. And asked if photos were needed. I was told no, will ship out new tile. Never came. Left numerous voicemails. Never returned my calls. Finally emailed. Was told do need photos. I had discarded smashed tile. Thru 3 or 4 emails I asked for my tile and even wanted to purchase 11 more boxes. Never got a direct answer. Now I am being completely ignored. Just 1 return call. I would have had photos. Great customer service? Dont believe them

In response to this particular situation, the customer received 5 broken boxes in her first shipment, we replaced the 5 boxes, however 4 more of those were apparently damaged also. In order to file a claim, we need pictures of the damage. We requested them, however the customer threw out the damaged boxes, therefore negating any claims. We are unable to verify whether the additional boxes were actually damaged, since we have not been provided proof of actual damage. In good faith, we gave her a refund for the 4 damaged boxes on top of that. In reality, she received everything she paid for at this moment. Ecomoso strives to provide the best customer service possible, however there are certain situations that make it more difficult, and when customers fail to provide proper images, we cannot file a claim.

This is my grand remodel project for my new loft condo in the downtown area.
Since this is my first time having the ability to plan my entire interior, some good advice that coordinates with my style (very sleek & modern) was needed.
Since my cabinets were already furnished at time of purchase what was needed was a "wow factor" back splash. Have to say the ideas that Ecomoso presented where great, but what stood out the most was finding this metal/glass mosaic that was, of course Italian. Every place I had looked had pretty much the same selection but Karen sent some links that set the standard no one could match.
Very happy with the ideas, delivery and service. Will be back for the bathroom.
