Retained this builder as architect and general contractor. My experience has been terrible. Prices are high. Business is understaffed. Multiple construction mistakes were made and not addressed. Had to hire a new contractor to basically remodel home before ever moving in. Sales were slick. Execution was poor. Buyer beware.

Our total experience with the Jeb Design Build team was positive. The project (a complete kitchen remodel) was handled in a professional manner from beginning to end. From the design team to the project managers to the individual contracted labor-we were happy with all of it. Any mistake was corrected. We love the kitchen. The workmanship is top notch. We would give them our highest recommendation. And we adore Jeb's dog!!!!

JEB Design Build enclosed an upstairs balcony to make an office. We received detailed plans and costs before the project began, so there were no "surprises" The project was completed in a timely manner by highly professional and reliable subcontractors. We were very pleased with the final room and will hire this company again.

JEB Design/Build built a room over our garage. They also redesigned our master bath and our closets. It was really a seamless, flawless job. It just looks wonderful. He also put a 1,000 foot addition on our home. The design work is just amazing. Working with Kristen & Jeb, everything was so easy on our part. All we had to do was move our things. It was totally easy and everything just looks beautiful. Can't wait to re-design the kitchen!

We have had JEB Design remodel our master bedroom suite, laundry room, and my office and they were fabulous. They came and did every single thing. It was a deem come true. We had a very outdated bathroom and laundry room, we needed more space. They took the square footage we had and turned it into a modern, comfortable, beautiful bathroom suite. It's a place I love to come home to now. Very comfortable. Their staff was fabulous. They never said no, their answers to everything was, "We will make this work," and it turned out to be something we cherish from this point forward.

We did a large remodel of 3600 square feet - the design and work were excellent,. He followed up on any concerns for a while and always willing to correct or help. We were extremely pleased!

In the first phase of construction, the master bathroom was completely gutted and rebuilt. The bathtub was removed and replaced with a large walk-in shower with an extra wide shower door. Sink and cabinet reconfiguration made a separate His and Her area for the owners. The closet and water closet doors were also widened. New drawers were also built into closet area. Wider doors were used to accommodate aging of owners. Beautiful cabinetry, tile, marble counter tops, new hardware, plumbing, and electrical work was also included. The master bedroom recede fresh paint, recessed ceiling lighting, new ceiling fan, and upgrade in the closet. Old carpet was removed and replaced with wood flooring. We were very pleased with our new master suite! We were so pleased with the completed work that we proceeded to phase two.
