My wife and I just completed our dream home build with Lyall and Lavender Hill Homes. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The craftmanship is of exquisite quality and our expectations have been exceeded. We spent lots of time dreaming and planning for a custom home and there are an overwhelming number of decisions to make, but one of the most important is choosing a builder. We were super fortunate to have found and decided to go with Lavender Hill Homes that helped turn our vision into reality. We can’t say enough. From the moment you meet Lyall from Lavender Hill Homes, you’ll know you have the right builder. He is a true professional. Not only does he know the building process, but he is also kind, patient, a good listener, responsive, respectful and attentive to detail. He always remained calm and flexible. Lyall managed not only the various trades efficiently but also remained on top of budget and ensured complete transparency. All the various trades involved were experts in their respective trade fields as apparent in the way the home was built. Although building during covid could have been challenging with all the potential supply chain issues, Lyall and Lavender Hill Homes were very proactive and planned with precision lining up all the building materials and trades so there would be no risk of delays, all the while continuous focus on quality and budget. We highly recommend Lyall and Lavender Hill Homes for anyone thinking of a custom home build or renovation.

We were recommended to use Lavender Hill Homes by our Architect that designed our new vacation home. I feel like we hit the jackpot working with Lyall. After many stories over the years about contractors gone awry, we couldn't have been more pleased about how well our working relationship with Lyall went, as well as how the finished project turned out. Lyall was fantastic to work with. His attention to detail was impeccable. Our long list of requests were always fulfilled. No balls were dropped as he juggled all the different trades working on the project. We couldn't be more thrilled with how our new home turned out in the end. The quality of work and finishings are flawless. I would highly recommend Lyall to anyone that needs a contractor/project manager for large or small projects. If I could give 6 stars I would.

As a designer, I have work with many custom home builders and I’ve seen it all. New custom homes and renovations can be an extenuating process but working with Lyall & Kevin has been an absolute pleasure. Craftsmanship aside, communication and honesty are keys for any successful project. Their attention to details, their honesty and most importantly their cheerful and obliging disposition, make the process really smooth and delightful. Lavender Hill was hired to renovate my condo in Toronto. Lyall Ralph turned a "good bones" 1990s condo into a 2018 beautiful modern design with an updated kitchen , washroom and an addition of a walk in tiled shower and bedroom/living room with new wood floors and updated modern closet walls to incorporate storage and beauty. Consultative and cost efficient renovation. The reno increased the value of my condo by 100 grand! Was a great investment !

Lyall did an excellent job on my state of the art sound studio. I was nervous at first but shortly after working with him, that fell by the way side. Being a Gemini Award winner, i strive for perfection and must say the quality of workmanship was great and that he came in on time and on budget. He's gotten back to me whenever i had a question or concern after the project completion and has shown me to have integrity which i believe is an important trait for a contractor!
