I purchased a table for Macral that took several weeks longer than expected to be delivered. It was clearly lost in shipping hell. Snow storms, lack of truckers available to move freight and various other events including Covid made it almost impossible to get my piece of furniture for several weeks. Amanda add Mac Raul Design what’s on top of the situation on almost a daily basis. She tracked the freight from one end of the country to the other and kept me posted on her progress. At one point the table was on a freight train. At another point in time it was in a warehouse only 5 1/2 hours away from me where it sat for weeks. Through the whole Amanda never gave up trying to move that Freight as quickly as she could. The two of us agreed that with all of the transportation difficulties there was no doubt the piece would end up damaged on arrival. Thanks to Amanda and her efforts the piece arrived at my home a few days ago. The package seem to be damaged on the exterior from all of the miss handling over the weeks of travel. They took a leap of faith and opened the packaging to find more packaging and more packaging. The company that produced a piece in Spain and spent a substantial amount of time and effort to ensure that this piece would not be damaged no matter where it went or how it was handled. I was incredibly impressed. When I finally got to the last box with in the box I found a magnificent table that was beautifully constructed will bring joy to me and my family for years to come. The table is going into a smoking lounge they spent the last 12 months constructing in a loft above my woodshop. As insane as this might sound the end result is spectacular and the piece of furniture that I bought from Macral is the icing on the cake. Simply stated, this is the kind of company that you want to do business with.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a vanity through Houzz and recieved the wrong one. Understanding that mistakes happen, we called and were pleased with the Houzz customer support to ship the correct vanity and return the incorrect one. Unfortunately, this pleased demeanor quickly progressed into frustration and disbelief. I have been lied to multiple times about my shipping and sent tracking numbers that do not exist in any system. After many failed attempts to receive any information, I took it upon myself to make the calls Houzz should have been completing. Long story short, it has been two week since the incorrect vanity was delivered and I have not made any progress on learning about when my the vanity I purchased will be shipped or when they will pick up the incorrect vanity. This has been a very long process of multiple calls a day proving that both Macral and Houzz are very unorganized when working with each other and I am assuming any other 3rd party vendors. Even the shipping company was in disbelief over how many "bills" Macral had placed in error. Adding even more time to the delivery since the carriers company now has to work through all of the mess made. Please save yourself the time. These products are overpriced and have zero support when mistakes are made by the fault of the seller. Very disappointing, I will never order from this website again and will be sure to tell others.

I received a faucet which did not have supply and returned. it Macral said they would not reimburse us for the faucet as it did not have supply lines when we sent it back and it was damaged. They are not a very honest company and we are out $500.00.

I purchased 40" Roma Bathroom Vanity and it arrived damaged on Dec. 2, 2017 and to-date Macral hasn't made arrangement for this item to be returned. I'm very dissatisfied with their customer service. Please view attached pictures. Waiting and hoping Macral to do the right thing.

I contacted Macral Design for a remodeling project I had. The expectations were much higher! Product quality is super good. They have unique designs that you can't find anywhere.

I definitely have to say that out of all the vendors I hired Macral was one of the most amazing! Pedro and Andrew both helped me with my project and did their best to help me bring my vision to life. They also gave me plenty of options. The quality in the products where just amazing and everything got delivered from Spain intact. I look forward to working with them in the near future.

They answer me when I ask questions about the bathroom accessories. They were polite and they asnwer me fast. They asnwer all of my questions. I received the products and it was well packed. The products are good quality. I really appreciate what they done for me.

Macral Designs was wonderful to work with during the entire process of our order - from help in selecting the correct product to ensuring a seamless delivery and even assisting us with obtaining a replacement piece that my contractor inadvertently discarded. I worked with Andrew, who always went above and beyond to assist me. I eagerly recommend this company!

I live in Canada and was unable to order online due to my Canadian address. I phoned Macral Design and spoke with Andrew Gonzalez who promptly forwarded my items swiftly. I was so happy to deal with a person/company who were "on my items' even though one was not in stock. Andrew provided me with up to date communication so I knew that my item was in stock and on it's way. Thank you Andrew! Great experience!

I purchased some Carmen bathroom items from Macral Design and I can't say enough about how well constructed, heavy and the crystals are even more beautiful in person. However as beautiful as these are it needs to be said that the customer service I received was impeccable. Andrew is truly genuine and eager to ensure his customers receive the best service possible. My products were shipped to Canada in only a couple of days. Thank you for appreciating my business, I can't wait to show these and share where I got them from.

WOW!! Simply stunning and so much better looking in person! I can't go on enough about how beautiful and well constructed the CARMEN Bathroom line is! The Crystals are stunning. There is nothing out there that i have come across that even compares! My clients love this Product Line. They tell me after spending tens of thousands of dollars on re-vamping their bathrooms! I really enjoyed working with this company on the whole. The product now sits in a 5 million dollar home in South Africa. Well done and looks great.
