Norcraft Companies

Purchased cabinets from Builders Cabinet Supply in Lomard, IL in May, paid half and upon delivery we paid the balance. It is now November and I still do not have a full set cabinets. The sample doors that they had in Lombard, and where I placed my order, did not match what we received. Not even close. What I received was about four shades darker. They sent out the rep for this area, Stephen Tunis of Norcraft (Partners and Friends Unlimited), who was as unprofessional as they come. He refuses to verbally speak with me and feels that a text is sufficient. He came to the home on 9/24 and promised the correct doors would be delivered in 3 wks. It is November and I still do not have my doors. I have not heard from Stephen Tunis at Norcraft since 10/11. Be careful if you use recommendations from your contractor, this is what got us where we are today. It is so scary how you are at the mercy of these people without much recourse unless you want to pay for an attorney. I've disputed the purchase w/my credit card company so I am hoping that will prompt someone (anyone!!) to try to help us.
