Every step in getting my new awning - from the helpful sales folks to the amazing installers - were very pleasant and professional and answered all of my questions. I can only say positive things about this company.

Prompt reply to my call. The salesperson came to measure soon after we spoke. She was friendly, professional, and helpful with the many choices. She brought fabric samples and did not rush the process. We’ve purchased two patio awnings from Otter Creek in the last twenty-five years and have been very happy with the quality, service and installation of the product. Our first awning never required service and was still there when we moved twenty years later. Our present awning is larger and operates with a remote. A bigger investment but definitely worth it. This spring I’ll be calling them to add window awnings to our new home.

Otter Creek Awnings installed a beautiful awning on our house and we love it! We had deadline to meet and that was met on time and done professionally. When we needed a slight adjustment (our personal preference) they came by and did exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended and professional people.

My awning is a very small one( about 6 x 10 ft.) but was done simply and effectively and in time to enjoy the summer of 2017. The removal, storage, and reinstalling it is a good thing since I don't climb around much anymore, so this is a good service.

Bought a new house in 2014. First up was an Otter Creek awning. It is perfect...great design...reliable...high quality...and most important, any time we need service, they are there quickly to reconcile any problem. Also had custom closets do a closet and Murphy bed. Great people...high quality workmanship installation...great product.

We love our new screen room: all the color options, quality of materials, custom design, and fast and efficient installation. We particularly like that OC intalls in the spring, uninstalls in the fall and stores in the winter. Oh, should also mention the smart, friendly staff.
