Sean and his team at Precision Cabinets are our number one go-to cabinetry subcontractor for our large projects. We spent over $50K on kitchen cabinets and it was by far the worst experience of our entire kitchen/pantry/powder room renovation. The number of mistakes and delays were astounding. Things began poorly as our Sales designer began making small but important changes to the order for us to sign without discussing with us. Each revision seemed to have something new we only caught after careful inspection. After a long wait, install day was finally here and the first thing that happened was they installed a badly damaged custom upper that was incorrectly designed. A customer service employee told us the mistake was "by design" as if we intended to reveal the unfinished bottom section of the $10K custom cabinets. Then our seasoned contractor informed us a lower cabinet gap was too narrow to fit our standard 36 inch range while a Precision manager argued with us about the measurement from his office. Add in other doors with poorly hidden nicks and dents, a color mismatched toe kick, an upper that swung open every time the refrigerator closed, a missed broken hinge, missing pulls, poorly installed pulls, uppers of the wrong height and not aligned with each other, and finally not giving us the agreed upon soft close hinges of those custom uppers, I would avoid this company like the plague. True, the end product is nice, but getting there was a disaster. My contractor had never seen anything like this. Another local contractor in Brentwood I met through my job literally laughed out loud when I mentioned Precision to him. He then said "they have a nice product but you need to babysit them through the install. I won't let them do it and install myself." So my final take-away is the sales designers over-promise and rush you through the contract signing process. The installers are disgruntled and have poor craftsmanship and are poorly trained. The company will respond to complaints and try to make things right, but will take their time- like months. Would definitely look elsewhere if I had to do it again.

Precision Cabinets did an amazing job helping us with our kitchen remodel. They provided us with excellent service and our kitchen came out great. We met with them throughout the entire project. They custom made the stain to our liking and we were involved in the creative process. They have a beautiful facility in Brentwood, and we actually got to see the process of how our cabinets were made. I would highly recommend Precision Cabinets to anyone looking for high quality cabinets that you will love for years to come. Thank you to Everyone at Precision Cabinets! We love what you've done!

Just a note to let you know that we could not be more pleased with the kitchen and especially the cabinets. The Precision Cabinets team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Ed Bertlow's design was superb. We thought at one time that perhaps we should hire an architect to assist us. This was not needed given Ed's skills and experience. He anticipated everything. And with the angles in our kitchen, this was not a standard job. The construction of the cabinets looks great! Everything fits like a glove. The installation crew was fast, friendly and efficient. It was obvious that this was not their first rodeo. The one problem that we encountered was solved the same day. The final go through was also handled in a timely manner Plus, every time we called the office, a real live voice answered my call and got us to the right person. It's obvious to me that everyone in your company cares about delivering a quality product and believes in customer satisfaction. I'll tell you that this is a rare experience in today's world. Everything was done timely and to perfection. I am very pleased with the service and the product, I cannot wait to get into my new kitchen and start cooking and making new memories.

My experience with Precision Cabinets has been nothing but the best. I delayed a little on contacting them once my contractor made the introduction but Nick pinged me to get the ball rolling. Nick was amazing to work with, he was in constant communication with me and my contractor and even offered up two different scenarios to rework a laundry room. I also gave him a picture of what I wanted a built in piece to look like, and they were able to come up with a great design just from a picture. They know what they are doing and know how to make all types of scenarios work. The installation was professional, very organized and I could not be happier with the finished product. The cabinets and finishes are beautiful, these guys are top notch!

Precision cabinets does beautiful work! Their cabinets are extremely well made, have very durable finishes and look gorgeous! The company is organized, efficient, and dependable- we feel they are the go-to cabinet makers in the Bay Area. (And Ed Bertlow is our rep and we love him!)

We are in the throws of our kitchen remodel and have placed our deposit for cabinets with Precision Cabinets. Our kitchen square footage is nearly 300 sq ft. And includes a wall removal and a wall addition. We had a pretty detailed design in mind, but have been very pleased with the advice we are getting from Tammy Dunson. She is patient and wasn't concerned that our initial design has some flaws and needs to be tweaked a bit.

When we purchased our 1000 sq ft home, we knew we'd need to incorporate as much storage as possible. Steve Galligan was fantastic in not only designing cabinets for our kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, bar area and bedroom but also in helping us make choices that would maximize storage and minimize unnecessary costs. Cabinets were one of our biggest ticket items in our full house renovation, and I don't regret a penny spent. We would work with Steve G and Precision Cabinets again for cabinetry.
