We bought a Lincoln and have lived in it about a month. We closed with a pretty clean inspection and scheduling contractors for any closing items has been easy. We've had wonderful communication through our realtor and the sales team throughout. Really they are very responsive. From Carlos who showed us the home, to Christina who set up all our appliance registrations for us, to the supervisors and one of the owners being there at the final walkthrough. Really we are quite pleased with the builder and home. Of course there are things that crop up or you notice after living there so it was really great during orientation to see a 30 day and 1 year warranty form. They provide everything you need to know what's covered and even self addressed and postage paid envelopes for submitting everything.

The entire team at Riverwood Homes was an absolute dream to work with. They built a beautiful home for our family that we are thankful for every single day. Dan, Christina, Kevin, Joshua, Harvey, and each and every member of their team of contractors went above and beyond to make sure our home was perfect. The home was even finished weeks before the closing date, during a time when supply shortages and in turn, delays in the industry was and remains common. Riverwood owned the path like no one’s business. The list of compliments that we have for this team is extensive. We will forever be thankful for the kindness, helpfulness and generosity of everyone that was poured their hard work and time into our home. We are deeply grateful.

RiverWood Homes has made our dreams possible! We were able to take their floor plan, add to our specifications, and customize to our liking. The quality is amazing. Great communication from the interior designer to the landscaper! Always was in the loop what was going on, and even when one would be out of town, we were made aware of who we could contact should we have any questions!! We are so happy with where we are and what we’ve done!

The home buying process, as well as the finished product, were absolutely amazing. Riverwood communicated with us throughout the entire experience and made sure we were kept up to date and had ample time to make any decisions we needed to. I was out of state for work for a couple of months during the build, and the team took pictures for me and sent me updates while I was too far to visit to homesite myself! As for the home itself - it is everything I imagined for my dream home. The craftsmanship is incredible and is just so beautiful. My favorite things about my home are the master bath, the kitchen, and the beautiful fireplace with built in cabinets and shelves in my living room. They actually had a few floorplans that fit our needs, which was nice because we didn't have to sacrifice anything on our list. Riverwood built us the most beautiful home, and were a dream to work with while they did it. There have been minor warranty issues that have popped up, but they are quick to send the warranty team out and fixed things, and they have been so kind about it. I have been recommending this builder to everyone.

UPDATED JAN 2021: I ended up building a SECOND home with Riverwood Homes in the last year and I didn't think my experience could be surpassed, but it definitely was! This company is the most honorable and humble company I've ever worked with. Riverwood Homes takes great care of their clients. We are part of the team and they are so incredibly easy to work with. Details are noticed before you as the buyer notice them. The features that come standard with Riverwood are features you would definitely need to pay in upgrades with other builders. They make a beautiful home and I will forever recommend Riverwood Homes. They have a customer for LIFE! JUNE 2019: Riverwood Homes is seriously amazing. As I entered this adventure of building a home I heard about the stress and the horror stories that can happen. Yet, this has been one of the very best experiences. Riverwood Homes is a company of integrity and they are client focused. They are not just build jobs to them, they believe in the word “home” and recognize the significance of what that means for their clients. I can’t praise them enough! And I wouldn’t choose another builder to take the journey with.

We bought a home back in August of 2020. We are very happy to have picked Riverwood homes for our builder. They were very nice and easy to contact. They made sure we were happy with our home and ensured a smooth way to activate our warranty if needed. I'd build with them again.

They were very professional & had our house done perfectly to the “T!” Christina always went above & beyond to help us & made sure everything was done the way we requested. Kevin & Harvey also went through everything great on our walk through and made sure any questions we had got answered. Also got a few unsuspected surprises that was just the cherry on top of an already amazing, beautiful home! 100% cannot recommend enough.
