We used Ray Sears, Architect, for the specifications to our house plans i.e.: doors, door and window casing, base board, crown moulding, stair case, wood columns, ceiling detail, court yard pergola, wood flooring along with other renderings and ideas. Ray was always prepared and had great input for our meetings. Plans were very professional and extremely easy for us to understand. Ray is dedicated, personable, committed, conscientious and resourceful. It was a pleasure to work with Ray Sears, Architect.

We selected Ray as the Architect for our new home construction. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very engaged, listened and was instrumental in delivering our ideas and concepts with precision. Ray was a team player and was often on site, working with every construction trade to ensure that any questions were answered. His detail for design and his knowledge to find the right materials and sources, is what separates him and puts him over the top in our book. I would highly recommend Ray.

Over the past 10 years, I have had the great, good fortune to work, as an Interior Designer, on several residential design-build projects with Raymond Sears, Architect.. Ray brings to all of his clients' projects a vast knowledge in interior and exterior finishes and design, as well as a broad background in lighting and mechanical engineering. Ray's focus on detail is one of his greatest strengths. Ray researches every detail and always brings a combination of tried and true design along with unique, new and innovative ideas. Ray listens carefully to the clients' interests and lifestyle when designing their spaces. He provides detailed, continuously updated and articulate architectural plans for all involved on the project. Ray is a "collaborative" architect on each project, incorporating the best ideas from the client, the interior designers, the general contractor, sub-contractors and vendors.
