I purchased a whoselamp fan/light that worked for a while and stopped. Their customer service was outstanding. Caroline helped me to solve the problem. I bought it through Houzz so you contact them first and they then put you in contact with someone from whoselamp, the manufacturer. While no one was any longer under obligation to help me, Caroline made sure they solved my problem by sending me a new remote and driver. The immediately worked and the problem was solved. Great customer service and very nice people to work with at both places! I also recommend their fans/lamps. It is very difficult to find a smaller one for a kitchen and mine gets compliments from everyone. The light is amazing. People walk into my renovated condo and one of the first items they notice is the the kitchen fan/light. Everyone raves about it! I highly recommend their products.

We placed an order with Whose Lamp (order #WLD100042471) a week ago and have not heard from them about the shipping of the item. We have no tracking number and they are not responding to our emails or phone calls.

horrible service. would not recommend buying from this company. if the product came defective company needs to replace it. product is not inexpensive. after spending so much money i should get atleast proper service.
