“We hired Century Bay Builders to remodel 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. I was impressed with them right off the bat - the office called to confirm my appointment for an estimate and our awesome project manager Ariel arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and had a good sense of humor (very important when doing any remodel!). He was very responsive to emails and texts and always reassuring when issues came up. His crew (Carlos, Fredy, and Marcos) were courteous, meticulous, and did beautiful work. We were especially amazed at how quickly and cleanly the demo went and appreciative that they kept the dust to a minimum since we were living in the house during the remodel. Everyone always checked with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything. The finished bathrooms are magazine-worthy and we couldn't be happier. When I'm ready to do my next project I'll be happy to work with Ariel and Century Bay Builders again.”

“Walker Properties just completed a fantastic remodel of our Jack/Jill restroom. From the initial meeting, Josh Walker was very helpful in guiding me to what would be most beneficial to the project and had several suggestions that saved us a lot of money and time. Josh was very straightforward with his estimate and broke things down in case we decided to do the project in stages. His crew was very meticulous, respectful of our time and home, and very accommodating when I decided to add something in mid-remodel(extra painting). The job was completed in less than two weeks and it is beautiful and everything I asked for and more. I HIGHLY recommend Walker Properties and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“We searched for the right builder for three years before we found the Radford Building Co. We interviewed several builders, and considered many options. After our first meeting, we knew we had found our builder. Jason and Kenny made us immediately feel comfortable and confident. They sought to understand not just our building requirements, but also our personalities, our intentions, and our ultimate vision for the build. The team has been upfront and personable throughout the entire process, from site selection and design to making selections, and the actual build. One of the most exciting points of the process was when the foundation went in. The care and precision that went into our foundation assured us that this was going to be a solid build, and this feeling remained throughout the entire process. The team invited our questions and concerns and took our opinions to heart. We felt heard, valued, and cared for. Since we moved in, the Radford Building Co. has continued to partner with us to make sure we are satisfied with our new home and has taken care of any outstanding tasks. “KC Custom Homes recently completed our dream home in Cordova on Canyon Lake. Our experience from initial contact with Ken Castro and his sons to visualizing our dreams with Rudy, the amazing home designer, were superior to all the custom home stories I had heard. The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. Were there some bumps- of course- but KC Custom Homes worked through each issue that surfaced. We are so pleased to be in our home and would welcome the chance to talk more about our experience. “We had a great experience with Joseph and his team when we had them renovate and add a master suite and office to our house. He communicated throughout the entire process and worked with all the engineers, inspectors, and mechanical contractors. Joseph is extremely transparent and honest AND really guided and listened to our concerns. We moved back in right before Christmas as promised! Thank you Joseph!!!! You have my 5 stars!”

“GBC Homes was great to work with for the patio project at our home. We wanted to raise our patio cover, and add lighting, fans, and an electrical outlet for a TV. They went above and beyond what we had pictured in our minds. The materials used for the finished product helped turn our back yard into a more beautiful and functional place to relax. The electricians, framers, and roofers were polite and professional. The cost was very fair for the work and materials to make a solid, long lasting, patio cover. Everyone at GBC Homes were professional, listened to our wish list, and clearly explained what they could do (and explained why some items they would not do as they would not make sense to do for structural or budget purposes), worked within our budget, and we are really pleased!”

“Building a custom home can be quite overwhelming...so we were told! Decisions are endless and opinions change through the process. Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”
