Has anybody who has been using Cove give some perspective on how its working out? I am bit hesitant since it is "new" and I have ppl telling me that Miele or Bosch are better options and can save ~$500. I dont care about the $500, since all other appliances are Wolf, but want to make sure that it cleans well, dries well and is convenient to use.

Any thoughts?
