Help Choosing Roof Color for my English Tudor

I have to tell roofer the roof color we are selecting in 2 days....UGH! I think I have chosen and then I look at pics online and I change my mind again. I want to stick with a brown roof but I want to make sure it isn't reddish or orangeish. I thought I was going with Certainteed Burnt Sienna but now I'm questioning that. I also looked at Heather Blend but heard it looses color quickly. Wondering how Certainteed Prairie Wood wood look?? I can use Certainteed or Tamko but heard Certainteed was a better brand.

Have you considered Certainteed Shenandoah? It looks like dark brown without any of the red/orange tones mixed in.

I like weathered wood. It is a more “neutral” brown IMO and not too dark. We used weathered wood on four rental properties a few years ago and they look great still. None are Tudor style, so I can’t help you with photos. Do you have samples you can hold up next to your house? That’s the best way to see how they will look.

Be sure to make your final decision from an actual sample as large as you can get, in the position and light it will be in, at the distance it will be viewed.

Just put Landmark Certainteed Weathered Wood on my pink brick house. It looks awesome It is not exactly gray, or brown but more the color of .... bark.

I was interested in Shenandoah but roofer said it has been discontinued. I think we are going to go with Certainteed Landmark Burnt Sienna after all. Praying I will like it. It does look very simillar to what we have now.
