Is this crack around the concrete foundation of this house concerning?

I'm looking at possibly buying a recently remodeled house, but I noticed a long, more-or-less horizontal crack running around the concrete base of the entire house (see photos). Is this a sign of current or future problems with the foundation of the house, or is this not something to worry about? Or is it something easily repaired (if it needs to be repaired at all)? The house has no basement, and sits on an inclined sloped as shown in the third photo. Thanks for your input!

It's not a crack, it's the joint between successive pours of concrete. Whoever did it probably waited too long between trucks, left the surface too wet or too dry, or failed to vibrate it enough. Assuming that it's got rebar running through it it's probably OK unless you are in earthquake country. You see it pretty commonly, I've never really heard of it being an issue.

I see. Thanks for clarifying that. Do you also see it commonly without issues on houses built on an incline? I'm wondering if I should be concerned about added or stronger stresses on the foundation for such houses. Thanks again!

Best thing is to have a foundation company inspect it before you buy, and then you will have peace of mind.
