I have Danby marble too - my countertop installer and the tile guy (we have marble tiled backsplash) recommended this sealer - I can't speak to its efficacy as we've only been using the kitccen for a week! I

Did you end up resealing your counters with another product? We are having Olympian Danby installed in our kitchen in a couple of weeks and I’m researching sealers. Our fabricator recommended Bulletproof and I have seen others on here happy with Akemi Nano, wondering how you both have made out!

Hi - our fabricator recommended and used the Stonetech Bulletproof. It was applied in January and so far, so good. I have had cranberry juice, red wine, coffee, etc. sit on there for a few hours and all came right off. Because fabricator applied, they provided us with the 15 year warranty. We have the Olympian Danby on our island, but used Diamond Black Leather Quartzite on our range wall to try to limit oils on the Danby. Good luck!

Thanks for the update! I’m glad to hear it is working well for you so far. I’m hesitant to use something other than what our fabricator is recommending but also want to make sure it works well. We are a family of 5 and while I am good about cleaning (and the only one that really cooks) the rest of my family is not ;) I love the look of contrasting stones but it wouldn’t work in our kitchen- yours must be gorgeous! Hope you are enjoying it!

I started with booletproof but it didn’t really work as I hoped. I’ve used akemi ever since and I don’t get any stains. I do reseal it every once in a while just to make sure. I do get etching sometimes but my danby is honed so little comet or magic eraser sponge will do the trick. Reseal it and it looks like new. I’m so happy with my danby and how it’s holding up. It’s on a island where we do prep food and eat meals fyi
