That might be true, but my question is about compring the different varieties like Marumi, Meiwa, Fukushu, Indio etc. to each other.

That totally depends on you and your growing skills. Not on the plants.

I know this is an older post and this is off topic, I've got a few questions about seed grown Kumquats, I've got 4 varieties growing from seed right now: Fukushu Kumquats, Variegated Centennial Kumquats, Mandarinquats and Crispy Honey Kumquats, I made a post the other day but I'm really confused about one of my seedlings, it's labeled as a Mandarinquat but it sprouted like its Variegated, I was really surprised by it. I really hope it keeps the white as it grows but I honestly don't know what to expect especially with everything I've read about Seed Grown Variegated Citrus
