Why do you need tile above the shower and if a must then it needs to match the tile already there . The floor is all the pattern you should have in this smallspace no wallpaper since trying to make the floor tiles and the shower tiles and the wall color all work together will be IMO impossible

The walls are grey and the floor is brown- creating a mismatch. i would paint the walls white. i would also remove the glass things and pinecones? on the vanity. they take up space you dont have. the fake plant should also be removed. Its just a dust catcher.
