My garage door opener BROKE OFF of my garage door, tearing from the siding of the door itself. I called this company based on their reviews. The man, I think it was Leo, came out during the time he said he would be there. Instead of trying to sell me a new door or opener, or both fixed it by adding a metal bracket. Furthermore he had the opener run several times to listen to the door opening and made some adjustments to the settings. He also explained to me the reason that the door ripped off so that I can prevent that from happening again. I don't know how the price compared (it was $104.00 with tax) but would def recommend (and I'm a picky customer).

Our Garage door broke around 3pm today. We were so annoyed. After some poking and prodding and attempting to fix the door with our non-existing handyman skills, we quickly gave up and went on trusty the internet to find Help! I called this company requesting that someone come over right away so one of there techs called me back letting me know they would try to make it that day and he said he would call back to see if he could make it that afternoon. He called back in about ten minutes and was able to make it that afternoon and we agreed on a time range. I highly recommended this garage door company very professional and honest.
