Parts were fast and the work was done quickly and for a whole lot less than I expected. Garage door was BEAUTIFUL. Until I backed into it AGAIN. It was ruined. And jammed open. I called Jordan immediately, crying so mad at myself. It was 8pm and he came right over to close it. Ordered what ended up only being a few panels and in a short amount of time, I had another beautiful door. I like Jordan a lot but I hope to never see him again unless it's at the coffee shop.

I was pulling into our two car garage when the sensor died. The door came smashing down, resulting in a top part of our garage door folding and shattered window. We looked at each other and thought "great-one buckled door with a broken window and another garage door with motor issues". After several quotes we decided to go with Alstech garage door repair. Jordan knows his stuff. We did not need new doors (yeah!), what we needed was to reinforce the top of garage door, replace the glass, clean and realign the sensors, and replace a gear in the motor. Great guy, very helpful, goes the extra mile, thanks!
