Ace Integrated Systems installed the Control 4 system for our condo. They did a great job. A couple of years later they did an upgrade on the Control 4 as well as the stereo system. They installed a new tv in the bedroom which required running cables from the stereo rack. It was flawless. There was no indication of holes drilled or ugly cables showing. Later they installed a dimmable LED lighting system on our rooftop patio. The result was beautiful. We could not be more impressed with the work these guys did. Andrew and his team are truly the best. I would recommend them for all electrical and audio/visual needs.

I don't usually write reviews, but Andrew and his team at Ace were truly exceptional! We wanted to wire our home for ethernet. I got three quotes but was immediately impressed with Andrew. He works smart and hard - He has the ability to get a quick sense of the house and plan routes. He was able to navigate some tough spots with persistence and professionalism without punching ugly holes in the wall. Andrew went above and beyond, helping with speaker wires, mounting a TV on the wall and even changing some lightbulbs for us. Professional, trustworthy and reliable. I can't recommend Andrew and Ace enough.

Andrew and his team installed our smart home system, including Audio, Video, Lighting, and Heating/AC into the Control4 System. They did a fantastic job, were a pleasure to work with, taught us how to use the system, and were great with follow up and ongoing maintenance. They were all clean, tidy, on time, very personable and always professional. I have engaged them on our new home, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I hired ACE for a total re-wiring of our apartment during a gut renovation. They provided excellent support, service and value. They were very solution-oriented and timely and delivered on everything. Everyone I worked with was highly professional and reliable. I was extremely satisfied with their work. I also used ACE for some smaller alterations in another apartment. Again, excellent service. They're the only electrical contractor I use.

We used ACE Integrated Systems Ltd for the new house we built in 2011/2012 in the Shaughnessy area. They were able to take us from a hole in the ground to our custom home theater all in one company completing the Electrical, A/V, Lighting and Control4 system for the entire house. It was convenient to make changes as we only had to let one company know as opposed to lining up multiple meetings with sub trades. Also there was no information that was lost in translation from one company to another. ACE was fully accountable for the entire job which is how they prefer to operate. From start to finish ACE worked with us to determine our vision, listened to our requirements, and provided their professional guidance along the way. We still use them for all our maintenance and would recommend their services for any project.

"I used ACE Integrated Systems Ltd. for a custom townhouse renovation in Yaletown during 2015/2016. They automated the lighting in my whole home with convenient key pads, wired and installed a HiFi audio system as well as the BIG TV in my living room and projector that casts on to my black out shades in my master bedroom. All the components live in a nice and neat rack in a closet so there are no wires or boxes showing. All controlled using a Control4 automation system. We have had nothing but the best to say about Andrew and his team at ACE integrated systems. We did not know anything about automated systems for our home and when we bought our new home - Andrew was referred to us and we haven't looked back. His team took care of everything from the electrical work needed, wiring, sourcing and installation of new speakers and our entire AV system. We trusted his recommendations entirely and were never "oversold"; the price quoted was the price we were charged in the end. It's been two years now and we are extremely happy with our system and the ongoing support from the team at ACE. With remote access, if there are any issues with the system, Andrew can troubleshoot and fix them. We recently added new blinds for our living room/dining room and ACE was instrumental in getting the wiring in place and setting the new blinds up with the control 4 system. It was a flawless process. We plan to use ACE for our new vacation home and would highly recommend this company to anyone for their home whether it be for lighting, AV systems, control 4. They are very professional, diligent, and skilled at what they do.

The work they have done with us to install a custom home theatre (they worked with us on the needs for our family and were practical, not just simply suggesting the most expensive option), Control 4 and custom electrical on our house renovation in 2016-2017.
