We had Cash Custm Homes build our house on our lot with ground breaking 9/2012. This was our first time building a house and they made it easy. They helped design the floor plan giving good suggestions along the way. Suggestions were also made while being constructed that improved on the design. We were given plenty of time for deciding the elements in the house before deadlines. We would bring in a picture and they would fine a supplier. In one case Marty designed a very similar element at a fraction of the cost. Our wants and desires were meet. Getting the best for less out of money was always a consideration for Marty. CCH has great employees, especially Marty and Carol, and subs all want to do a job that make them and the homeowner proud. The house is very well built. You can't go wrong having Cash Custom Homes build a house.
