I purchased tile for my great room, laundry, hallway ,foyer and hallway bathroom and carpet for master bedroom and hall.Dale and his installers from point of sale to installation were very professional and respectful. Thank you for the excellent service and work performed.

INSTALLED FLOOR TILE AND REPLACED BASE BOARDS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE; INSTALLED NEW GRANITE KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the price, quality of workmanship and timely completion of the work performed by Flooring America on this project. We were especially impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship of our two installers from Flooring America, Guerimo and Samuel. It was also rare these days to see the owner of a business take such a hands on role in a project of this nature. Dale did a terrific job in keeping on top of everything associated with this project including coordinating the several subcontractors who installed the granite tops as well as the plumbing services required to rehook up our appliances. Throughout the project, he would periodically stop by to check on the project and was always available to answer any questions which arose. We would definitely recommend Flooring America of Chandler for any flooring project you are considering.

Installed new carpet in Family room. Everyone from sales, installation, and owner follow-up was courteous, professional, and very responsive. I highly recommend them . This is our second experience with them, 9 years apart. Good people to deal with!!

Determining where you are going to get the best job for your money is always filled with some degree of apprehension. After considerable shopping, I went to Flooring America as they had done some tile work for me years ago. Pleasantly surprised to find Dale was still in charge, I had decided that based on the last job, that he would do the quality of job that I was looking for. His tile man was incredible and the wood look tile came out exceeding expectations and on time. If you want great service and quality I would totally recommend Flooring America.

We had are whole upstairs, basement and outside balcony carpeted. Dale and Amber were wonderful during the whole process. The installers for the inside carpet by the stairs were great. They didn’t even put a scratch on my banisters. Thank you Dale and Amber.

We needed to replace the carpet in 2 Bedrooms with a hard surface to allow for wheelchair / walker use. Dale & Amber were great! The installers worked SO hard and everything was clean when finished. We ended up with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring that is both beautiful and a durable replacement. Highly recommend Flooring America of Chandler!!

I had gotten 3 estimates for my flooring. I went with the highest bidder, because I wanted the highest quality. That is exactly what I got. I have tried to find a defect in the install, I have looked and looked for something that I do not like and I cant find one. I know that may be hard to believe but it is a fact. And this is coming from someone who has been in the construction industry since 1982, I know what productivity means and I know what quality means to a customer, and that's what they delivered to me and my wife. Great job,very pleased.

Everyone that I dealt with was a pleasure at Flooring America of Chandler. Being a snow bird down here for just over a week, they helped in selecting the carpet, removal and installation of the new carpet, even with the condo full of furniture. We will be recommending them to our friends here.

This spring we worked with Dale and Flooring America of Chandler to replace the flooring in our four bedrooms. We LOVE how it turned out! We had about 579 yards of carpet installed in living and dining rooms. We shopped big box stores and one other large flooring store. We were very impressed with the styles available at Flooring America and the prices were competitive. It was important to us to have carpet that would be good for a home with pets and Amber did a super job of explaining the possibilities. The installers did a good job and everything was done on time. Dale, the store owner, came by a few days later to make sure it was all done correctly.
