Denver-Based, Full Scope Interior Design Firm
CT Design is dedicated to design that makes you love your home. As a full service interior design firm specializing in high end residential design, my goal is for you to walk into your home and absolutely adore everything about it. Home is the ultimate expression of self, so let's make your home totally you. When you entertain, you want your home to reflect your interests, who you are and what's important to you. So let the things you choose to put in your home tell that story, let them show who you are. What will guests experience when they come to your home, and what will that tell them about you? I will help you define a vision for your home, and together we'll make it a reality. I design for real people with real families. There is no value in creating spaces that are not practical, so practicality forms the basis for all of my design projects. Then I layer personality and meaning on top of practicality, and the end result is a space that you and your family really want to live in. Great design should feel personal, layered, and memorable. Once we develop a vision for your home, I will use my 20 years of project management experience to execute that vision, always focusing on the details that will take your home to the next level. I will manage all the details so you don't have to, avoiding costly mistakes and helping you set priorities for your project. I will save you time, money, and headaches by completing your project on time and on budget, effectively and efficiently utilizing all the resources I've developed to bring value to your home while integrating your personality into every aspect of the project. My goal, when our work together is finished, is for you to walk into your home and absolutely love everything about it. So what can I do for you? Everything from a design refresh to new construction. I can: -design new spaces or remodel existing ones: kitchens, bathrooms, basements -provide complete project management: procurement and scheduling, working with your architect and contractor during design and construction -provide space planning and analysis - what can we do with your space? -help you understand what is possible within your budget -gather inspiration and conceptual ideas - develop idea boards, with or without furniture selection -develop a color palette for your home -specify and purchase furniture, custom window treatments, lighting, rugs, art and accessories -design custom cabinetry

Christy was amazing to work with! From design plan, help coordinating on contractors and design inspo she helped with it all. She kept our personal stye in mind as well as our budget. She was quick and responsive with communication. Would 100 percent recommend her to anyone looking for ease with a remodel or design project.

Christy and CT Design supported us through a full home renovation from architectural plans through construction with our dream team and her efforts and expertise allowed our project to run seamlessly. This was in large part due to her planning, preparation, sticking to our budget and giving us thoughtful and perfected design expertise. As a family of 5, we had wants and needs and Christy listened and delivered. Most impressive is her understanding of architecture which goes way beyond that of an interior designer which gives you a superior experience and attention to detail. I can’t say enough great things about Christy! I hired her in November 2021 after purchasing a house that needed quite a bit of work. 2 years later and I can confidently say we have our dream home and we couldn’t have done it without her. She made my home both beautiful and practical, which was essential to me with 3 young kids. She is professional, an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. She is respectful of budget and offers great insight into where you can save and where it would be better to spend more. She helped guide my decisions but I never felt pressure. With the ups and downs of any construction project, Christy is the person you want on your side. She is worth her weight in gold and I cannot recommend her more!

We worked with Christy on an entire first floor renovation. We started well in advance of the actual construction with architectural design plans. We received 2 different options, along with a very detailed budget that we used throughout the entire project. Once we chose our layout, Christy was really good at dosing out our homework to pick out finishes and other items . She would send an email with 4 to 5 options as we had discussed that I get overwhelmed easily. What's nice, is that Christy uses a Pinterest board, so if I had ideas, I could pin them to the board, and otherwise, she used that to help guide our decision making process. When it came time to visit vendors, she setup the appointments and came with us, to help guide us around the showrooms and make our decisions. Christy is so easy to work with, and our renovation turned our beautifully. There isn't one thing I would change, including working with Christy again in the future!

Working with Christy has been an absolute joy. She brought a lot of expertise and insight to the job and tremendous patience in working through the myriad of decisions that come with a whole-house remodel. Christy was always quick to respond and is very good at “problem solving” with solutions that were innovative and budget friendly. She had a good feel for our design esthetic and brought so many good ideas to the project that we had trouble deciding between many wonderful options. Her designs have reimagined an updated dream house out of the bones of a very tired old house. We honestly couldn’t recommend working with CT Designs highly enough!

Christy was kind and patient through my home renovation. I have a small home, and Christy was really innovative in maximizing the space to look airy and beautiful, yet be extremely functional. She was very conscious of my budget, and all of her contractor suggestions and materials we used were great quality. It's extremely rare to find someone who delivers high quality work and is respectful and kind through every step of what can be a tough home renovation process - I'd highly recommend working with Christy!

I hired Christy to help me remodel a ski condo I bought last year. My goal was to update the condo to standout from other rentals, while keeping budget in mind. Christy was great to work with! She had experience designing rental ski condos, so was able to advise me about things I never would have thought of. I told her that the idea of doing this myself was overwhelming because I am not good at coming up with an overall look. However, I can easily make choices when presented with options. That worked really well! She did all the shopping, but always gave me coordinating options to choose from. I get rave reviews about how my condo looks! I highly recommend Christy!

She stays at or below our budget, completes projects on our timeline, and listens to our feedback on style preferences. Christy always makes us feel important despite the initial small scale of our project, which we've extended to other parts of our home because we enjoy working with her so much. She is highly skilled with room design, high quality furniture selection, and has a great eye for accessorizing and making a room come together. I highly recommend CT Design!

I am absolutely in love with the two adjoining rooms (a sitting room and music room/library) that Christy designed for me! My taste can be all over the map, but she helped me focus in on a look that feels cohesive but still truly eclectic (technically "Vintage Eclectic") and not cookie cutter at all! She listened, looked at photos with me and really took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted before putting together two gorgeous and inviting rooms, all on a pretty tight budget!

Christy helped me decorate multiple spaces in my home, including the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. She made these spaces my own by adding unique details to window treatments, reupholstering ottomans, and using items I already owned, along with pieces I purchased with her help, to complete the vision I had for each room! I really enjoyed working with her, and it was worth every penny to have her guidance in selecting pieces and decor for my home! I love walking in to each of these rooms and feeling like they are complete!
