We retained Dale Morimoto to rebuild our home after the Northridge Earthquake of 1994. Our home had sustained major structural and physical damage, which resulted in more than half of our home needing to be rebuilt. Dale’s skills as a contractor were apparent in many ways. He worked closely with our architect, and personally supervised all subcontractors. He ensured that all existing and new building codes were complied with. All work passed inspections in a timely manner. All was completed within the agreed-to budget and schedule. Dale’s work was impeccable. He paid great attention to detail. Today, the work he did on our kitchen, baths, and home look as good as when it was completed 20 years ago. Since that time Dale has done other minor construction work on our home. He’s designed and built dream kitchens and baths for friends to whom we recommended Dale. Recently, on very short notice, we needed to install grab bars in our showers and to build a small staircase from the garage into the house. His subcontractor was amazing. He came, took measurements, and completed the physical work in one day. Actual time from calling Dale to finishing the work was less than one week. After having known Dale for over 20 years, Dale is more than a contractor. He makes you feel that he is your best friend – someone who is constantly looking out for your best interests. They took care of every detail; from the color of the walls to the cabinets in the bathrooms. Stress Free Remodel so far! We are just over one month into our remodel project and so far so good. Dale and his team are very professional, thoughtful and sensitive to the wants and needs of their clients every step of the way. After our initial meeting we were directed to a "HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR DESIGN PROJECT" download. Very helpful! Dale and his team guided us through the entire design process and informed us that this phase should not be rushed and emphasized the importance of it for a successful project. This has proven to be very true and I am so glad to see the design on paper coming to life! Dale goes above and beyond and deeply cares for you as a person and puts his whole heart and soul into your remodel. Dale's team of workers are the best and I can confirm this about his electrical contractor David. I had a serious circuit problem at my very busy office and I called Dale for a good electrician. He told me he had the Best in the West and sent David over right away. He arrived in less than 20 minutes and fixed the problem in less than an hour
