As a designer I know what I am looking for when I arrive, however because the staff knows their merchandise so well and where it is in the showroom, my job becomes easier. They work well with you from the onset and throughout the job. They follow up on orders without a request to do so and keep you informed. The understand that time is money and so everything moves quickly and ultimately you can keep your client very calm and happy.
