Flooring America did an excellent job installing my carpet and tile! They are very easy to work with, stayed within my budget and installed quickly. Very large selection of flooring and they educated me on what would work best in my home with my lifestyle.

Prompt, professional, courteous and reasonable price for excellent flooring. One of the best selections and always has newest flooring trends in stock before the competitors. Pricing was competitive with Home Depot/Lowes for some other areas of our house (basement flooring; aka: "man cave"). Even better than price and quality, was the installation team --outstanding. On-time EVERY day; Attention to detail; Hard working and clean up was superb. Loved it so much, recommended them to my mom and she is in process of replacing flooring for 3/4 of house....and they have treated her amazing as well. Highly recommended!

Although we had good service here, they cost immensely more than where we were referred to by Showplace Kitchens. The wood floors were extremely more expensive and when we finally decided on the ones we wanted, they could no longer get them. There was pressure to buy our granite from another tile shop that had almost no examples on display. They too were very very pricey. I think there was some kind of kickback going on here. We saved half price by going to another store. People there are nice but acted like they were doing you a favor and not the other way around for a 5500 ft home.

We used Flooring America for custom shower install in our master bath. We were extremely pleased with the service and selection at the store. Also the designer we used there, Jessica Farris, was extremely helpful in selecting the tile and grout. Our disappointments were the length of time it took to complete the job and a few less than perfect details in installation.
