Flooring America has scheduling issues and they tend to drag their feet unless you call them weekly to complete the job once you place your deposit. We began the process in September 2022 and flooring was not completed until the week of November 21, 2022 when we were told in the beginning that project would be completed in 2 weeks after deposit was made. Also, after flooring was installed we noticed a minor issue that needs to be repaired and after numerous calls/follow ups we are still waiting. Date this review was written 1/23/2023.
