If I could give them a 6, I would. Everything about our experience with FloorRight Interiors was incredibly positive, from starting the project to paying the final bill. The guys who came to install, the management, everyone was wonderful to work with, on time, professional and dignified. We even had a slight issue with once piece of the flooring, and they came back out within 24 hours and fixed it right away. The floor was wonderfully done and we would not go anywhere else for any flooring projects then here. We've let all our friends know how much we loved them!

While the staff from FloorRight was great, they were having issues with the planking of our floors. Half of the floor had to be redone because the planking kept lifting up. They had to keep coming back over and over again before deciding to redo the entire half of the floor again

I highly recommend FloorRight Interiors, and I have recommended them many times for their excellent work. They are prompt with quotes, measuring and completion of the job. The installer who came was immaculate and did areas I didn't even think of, and the floor looks like one piece. When I go into their shop, they are attentive to what I am looking for. I've used them a few times, have them working on another project currently, and I will always highly recommend them.

We had a sewer leak for the second time in our basement, and FloorRight was amazing to work with when we were in a hurry to get new floors. We had a light colored floor that showed everything before the flood, and a representative was so helpful with picking our new color - I absolutely love it. The two gentleman who came to install were very polite and were quick to get the job done. I am very happy and pleased how everything turned out, especially being in such a hurry after a flood. I found the staff at FloorRight to be very professional to deal with. Darryl remembered me from being a client several years ago, and presented me with appropriate choices for my new job. The job was done on time. It was a complex job that was only revealed after the old carpet came out. The installer took all the extra time he needed to make sure that the installation was done on a properly prepared base. I didn't even get charged over the quote even if it took more time. I highly recommend for the professional treatment I received.

I replaced 2200 square feet of flooring in my house this summer. FloorRight made the task flow seamlessly. Their professionals were REAL professionals and made an overwhelming job worry free. Everyone at FloorRight could not have done more to make the installation easier.

Doug at Floor Right was very mindful of my budget and what I wanted. Right from the start he was helpful with flooring suggestions as I have 2 active house dogs. So I needed something durable but not overly high end for the size of my house, 880sq ft. They installed beautiful weathered pine vinyl plank (30yr warranty) in 3 rooms last year. They did such a good job I hired them to finish the rest of the house this year. The installer was extremely professional, so I asked Doug if he could do the rest of the install also. My request was met. Their followup is amazing, as someone comes by after it's done to inspect the install. I now have a beautiful Floor Right house!...Do it once...Do it right with Floor Right! is their motto and it sure is.
