FloorShow Furniture and Flooring

I bought a Wesley Allen bed from the Floor Show and was so pleased with the bed and the salesperson so we decided to purchase a sofa from them as well. We got an all leather sofa made by Flexsteel and paid more than we ever have for a sofa. It was such a disappointment. They returned the first sofa and after a couple of months we received a new one and it was even worse. A store representative (repair person) came to check the sofa. He too, said something was wrong with it. So, they sent a rep from the factory and added a bunch of stuffing. Now that side is lumpy and the other have you keep sliding toward the center of the sofa. We are so disappointed and will never recommend this store again and definitely not a Flexsteel piece of furniture. To think we paid almost $4,000 for junk, it makes me sick to think sitting on the floor is more comfortable.

Floor Show and the installers did a detailed and professional job. They worked very hard to meet our target price and when the mill did.not make our carpet on schedule they kept us closely informed.
