Focal Point

Unfortunately we were forced to use Focal Point by our builder. Not only did it feel like we overpaid for our flooring but they didn't stand behind their work when we experienced issues. Unfortunately they only provide a very limited warranty and tend to blame the customer for any issues you might be experiencing. My advice is to go elsewhere if you have the choice!

Very disappointed in Focal Point. Entire lower level tack strip nails were left exposed on carpet that abutted bar area and jack and jill bath (from both bedrooms) and a 3/4 bath. Was told by Erik that we pretty much had to live with it. It would void the warranty to fix it. Really??? After saying that was ridiculous he back paddled a bit but then still said it could have been the type of carpet we chose. The nails are exposed. They should have been rolled or pounded over...It's not the carpet but the install.

I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Focal Point over the last few years on numerous projects and I highly recommend them. They staff is knowledgeable and are always helpful. They have a wide range of selections with different budget options. You cant go wrong working with this team.

We received a recommendation to try Focal Point for a hardwood floor project and we couldn't be happier. We worked with Erin Jones who was very patient and instructive. She took the time to show us many samples and made the overall experience a fun one! We ended up with a new hardwood floor in our dining room and the installers were very helpful and careful to share their plan with us during the process. The project was very reasonably priced and from start to finish took very little time. I would definitely recommend Erin and Focal Point to any of my friends!

Our remodeling company uses Focal Point Flooring as a subcontractor for all of our flooring and wall tile work. The showroom has an excellent selection of a broad range of products. We are comfortable sending all of our customers to Focal Point for product selections because they have a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced showroom staff. Product installation is top notch and if there are any job site issues their service department is always prompt and thorough.

Erin at FocalPoint did a great job helping us figure out a creative and unique fireplace design as we didn't want the traditional look and wanted something people will reach out and touch. The finished product turned out wonderful! Warmed the room up and has given it such a cozy feel. The guy who did the install was methodical and did a great job. Very pleased with the finished product.
