Granite Transformations

I have only had my expensive benchtops to 2 years and cracks are showing on every joint. The installer kept trying to find reasons for Jay would make it my fault and neglect responsibility for their bad workmanship. I am going to take it further because they want to patch the cracks and gaps instead of doing the right thing and installing it properly. So much for a long warranty when they find a way out of it to try and make you pay!

We used the NW Phoenix area Granite Transformations and LOVE our new kitchen!!! It was an absolute breeze with very little mess. Tyler and Mike did a beautiful job……they were nice and hardworking gentlemen and no problem to have in our home for the day!!! THANK YOU Mike and Tyler! The key after the installation was getting the plumber to re-connect and BOOM he was there on time the next morning and again did a great job!!! We hired this company in ottawa Canada after some very aggressive and persistent sales tactics. We read a number of positive reviews and decided on GT. They came to our home within 1 week to measure , and to take our 60% deposite. The next week they filed for bankruptcy. The Miami umbrella company contacted us to tell us they would honour the contract. Much time passed and they did not answer any of our calls or emails. Eventually they sent someone to re measure our cabinets. It's been 4 months since our initial contact with Miami and 2 months since the measurements were re done and there has been no communication at all. They do not answer our telephone calls or emails. We can only assume that they have no intention of completing this work and we feel this is most unprofessional.

They did a kitchen/shower/whirlpool tub for us. Craftsmanship not bad on all square corners. On the angles that our kitchen island has they are terrible, nothing lines up with existing angles. Backsplash cutouts for the outlets all are wrong, layouts did not allow for proper fitment of outlets to be reinstalled. Angle of counter top it self not flat can feel it and see that it is wrong two different heights when they joined them together. Scheduling was a nightmare. Was lied to by the owner himself about getting the job done, told me that they would be here the next day. Next day came no installers, called the installer was he told me that they where on a template job. Was without kitchen for 1 week and a weekend.They are overpriced for their service. Their scheduling is terrible. The other problems they did address. They have never contacted me after the finish of project as to if we are satisfied or not. We saw the work that they did on a straight L counter top kitchen, it was nice. Ours with a 22.5 degree counter top and backsplash was to hard for them todo. Will not and have not recommended them to any body that is looking for new tops.

Hey Brett: Loved my countertops, sinks, and faucets, and ALL of the installations were just AWESOME !! The installers were professional and courteous and respectful of the home and cleanup accordingly. That m and a lot to any homeowner especially during a remodel job !!
