Groskopf Construction just completed a basement finishing project for us. We interviewed three contractors but decided with Groskopf because we had seen some of their work on homes in Okauchee Lake when we lived there. Debbie was so knowledgeable and we were both happy with the help she provided. The contract was very detailed and specific and we felt comfortable knowing what to expect. The work began shortly after sighing the contract and it was done in a very organized manner. Our main carpenter, Dave, worked on our home as if it were his own and we were impressed with his attention to detail and craftmanship. All of the subs were equally competent and capable. Any minor issues we might have had were handled immediately. The project was finished much faster than we expected. While we were over budget, this was due to changes we made after the fact and there were no regrets. We would build with this company again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I recently built a home with Groskopf Construction. The end result was everything we hoped it would be. The compliments that we received and quite frankly still receive are incredible! Having not built a house before, we could not have asked for a better experience. The quality and attention to detail was outstanding!
