I am a Tile setter who does a lot of work with the guys at Lyle Construction. They do an exceptional job every time and deliver a 1st class customer experience. Its always a treat to work on any of their sites. I highly recommend them if you're thinking about hiring them!

We hired Lyle construction to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. We were very satisfied by the quality of the work and the final results are beyond our expectations. Lyle Construction is a local, family-owned business that we love! We have used them twice so far to remodel our home (1 big job and 1 smaller job) and we are in the midst of planning the biggest project yet for our home. We've found when comparing estimates that Lyle usually comes in a little higher then the others however, their estimates are much more thorough by far - every line item is clear - nothing vague/subject to interpretation. As well, they have consistently remained on budget and on time. No surprises. They are professional, considerate and have a great work ethic. If you have to live through a reno, know that they take care to leave the work area clean at the end of each day to allow you some sense of normalcy. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

In 2015, Lyle Construction was engaged to execute a total renovation of our (my wife and I) apartment under the management of Meme Brooks Design. This was a large undertaking to rebuild our 1400 sq. ft. three bedroom apartment at UBC. Jason Lyle introduced us to him and his work ethic. The work was very well done under difficult circumstances due to the taking out of large appliance etc. and replacing them with new. Lyle Construction did a great job. Since the, we have relied upon Jas=on Lyle to execute other minor projects and always, we have been treated with fairness, good workmanship, and fair costs where the estimates have been very close to the actual final costs. We have recommended Lyle Construction to other people who need work done at their homes. Lyle Construction is the contractor to whom we will go in the event of any more work. Ian Carter
