I had an excellent experience with Kevin while measuring for my granite. He was very professional and honest. He helped me make some decisions that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own because of his knowledge. He called me when he was finished, and gave me some information that I had requested. Top knotch job, very well done. I am a happy customer!

We had a great experience with the sales end of our experience. Mike was helpful, fast, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Prices were great. I’d give the sales experience 5 stars. However, the installation part was less ideal. They installed quicker than other places had quoted which was good. The granite and quartz looks great. But attention to detail on installation was lacking. After the initial installation, they have returned 3 times to finish installing the backsplashes over the past 3 weeks. There are a couple details we still aren’t satisfied with (and perhaps they will fix them), but overall, it is a good product and looks wonderful. Every worker they sent has been pleasant and easy to work with.

Brought my client here from my interior design business. These guys have the least expensive stone in Tampa. They also have high end rare stone you cannot find anywhere else. I have put them on my top list for referring clients to now. We used a dolomite for our project and it is spectacular. If you want rare whites and grays come here. They have everything you could ever want.

I visited K & B ready to hire them. I had rough estimates of my square footage and was going to schedule them to come out and take the template. I had asked about remnants as I wanted one side of my kitchen which is an island to be a different color granite. The gentleman told me know that that would not look good. I was shocked, because I was telling him thats what I wanted! Then I realized the sq footage was more than I thought, bumping up the price some, but I still wanted to schedule to have someone come do measurements and make my countertops. He said no, that I needed to send him a better list of measurements before he would schedule that. I was very disappointed that he would not only respect the design I wanted, even if he thought it was ugly, and take my business. I will not be using him. That is a lot of money to spend with a company that did not respect me at all as a potential customer/

We had a very good experience with K&B Factory Outlet. The turnaround time was fantastic, it was templated on Thursday and installed the following Friday. We had a couple of service calls and they responded next day and were very courteous. We think we got a very good deal on the level 4 granite we picked out.

Love our new kitchen for its look and functionality. Great job with the custom made shelving book/cabinet. One month for kitchen remodel, it took a longer time than expected but it did worth the wait. We absolutely don't miss the old kitchen. Our friends and neighbor are very impress by the turnout. Thanks guys for all your hard work.
