Kingdom & Co.

Kingdom & Co. is a design-build firm based in Las Vegas, specializing in luxury home remodels, custom home construction, and focused single-room renovations through our Small Luxuries division. Founded in 2017, our team brings a collective 20 years of experience to every project, with in-house design, construction, and styling under one roof. We handle the full scope of residential work: kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, whole-home remodels, home additions, casitas, ADUs, and ground-up custom homes. Our custom homes division is led by John McDonough, a renowned builder throughout the valley with 30 years of experience and more than 70 luxury homes completed. Earlier this year, we acquired Canyon Creek Custom Homes to expand our new construction capabilities. Our design team includes four lead interior designers and a lead interior stylist who guide every selection, from cabinetry and tile to lighting and hardware. We manage all permitting, HOA coordination, and construction so our clients have one team and one point of contact from start to finish. Kingdom & Co. has been recognized with the NARI Remodeler of the Year award (2025 and 2026), Best of Las Vegas Gold (2025), and has been seen in Architectural Digest, featured by Martha Stewart, and featured on HGTV's Property Brothers across eight episodes spanning Seasons 1, 4, and 14. We serve Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Southern Highlands, MacDonald Highlands, and communities throughout the valley. All consultations are complimentary and by appointment only.
