Kitchens by Request

I have used Kitchens by Request/Blue for two kitchens now. In the old house, he had done such a superb job, that I asked him to review the new house's antiquated kitchen. He came up with two excellent designs. Because of our past experience with him, his creativity, attention to detail, satisfaction with and execution of the first kitchen, he was the best bet. For the newest kitchen, he did extensive renovations, including removing a wall between the kitchen and the dining room. The new kitchen is absolutely wonderful and beautiful. When guests come over, they are always impressed. I also had him replace a picture window and create a washer/dryer closet. In addition, he converted a screened in porch to an all-season room. What an improvement! The workmanship was essentially flawless. Anytime there was a concern, Blue dealt with it immediately. The workers were great and always respectful. They cleaned up at the end of the day. Blue is very personable himself. I highly recommend Kitchens by Request.

Blue Arnold and his crew transformed my terrible dark, cramped kitchen into a beautiful, bright work space.. Our kitchen was tiny, and the appliance configuration was ill conceived. It was unpleasant to cook in there and two people could not be in the space at the same time without irritation. Kitchens by Request provided high quality design, craftsmanship and materials with superior customer service. The job was done within the estimated time and budget. The crew was prompt and courteous. They always left the work area clean and tidy. I love my kitchen!!

One star because they showed up. A total nightmare. Blue Arnold changed styles and colors of items I picked and paid for. He then refused to replace with my choices. Sometimes didn't show up for 2 1/2 weeks and a total close to three months time. $60,000 later and it's the worse remodeled job ever.

The team that made updates to our kitchen were extremely time efficient, well organized, friendly and well-mannered. They made sure to clean up every afternoon prior to leaving so we could continue to utilize the kitchen throughout the process

Blue and his team were prompt, personable and professional. I was told by other contractors that they could not install a bathroom on my concrete slab. Kitchens by Request not only installed my bathroom they were meticulous in their work, including incorporating the ADA features I requested. My friends and family can't believe how gorgeous my bathroom looks. Thank you!

After an initial phone call, Blue was at my house within days, and said I would hear back within a week. I gave it 2 weeks as Thanksgiving was approaching. Two months later, nothing (except a phone call saying he was working on an estimate). If a company is unable to deliver in a timely manner, unable to manage their time in order to deliver in a timely manner, unfamiliar with their commitments so that they can provide a reasonable estimate of the time required to provide a cost estimate, then I can have no confidence in their ability to actually begin and complete a project within a projected time frame. i found another contractor.

My small galley kitchen was transformed into a bright and beautiful room thanks to Kitchens By Request. The company and staff were easy to work with, were very thoughtful and truly listened and understood my style. I could not have been happier with the end result. I love everything about my kitchen.

I was very excited to remodel the kitchen in my home. After meeting with 3 companies it was obvious that Blue Arnold the owner of Kitchens By Request understood my vision. He made insightful suggestions and assisted with choices that would make this the kitchen of my dreams. We replaced cabinetry, granite, backsplash, lighting, flooring and appliances. Changes were made to the layout of the kitchen to make it much more functional and appealing. The team was professional and accommodating to work with. The were open to my questions, changes and additions to my project. We added hardwood flooring throughout as well as a new fireplace. I am more than pleased with the quality and workmanship. I look forward to working with Blue and company on future projects!!

After 20 years,my kitchen needed an update. Kitchens by Request did such a superlative job in 1996, that it was an easy decision to have them do the update.And I'm so glad I did!
