I can’t say enough about land mark pools !! My house I bought had a pool with needed work ! After searching many complies landmark pools had the interest and affordability for my budget!!! After what I explained what I wanted the person sent (Jacob) presented great promise ! He presented and spoke with great knowledge and possibilities for my pool . No pressure , not pushy just a great admiration for the company he works for ! I was happy we went with landmark pools . The service was above excellent !! All was done in a timely manner !! The choices the company has for very unique design is amazing !! I wanted my pool to be designed like an aquarium . I went with amazing mosaics !! World class design in /on affordable budge !! Thank so much for the greatest restoration on my pool !!!!

We recently moved into a home with an older pool in need of a major do-over. I received proposals from 4 different companies and met with each of their representatives. During the selection process, my wife and I discussed the various proposals and agreed that we were especially pleased with the Landmark Pool’s representative, Jacob King. His thoroughness in outlining the details and the various steps involved; his suggested recommendations; his assurances regarding the timing of the project, from start to completion, (w/o weather interference) and his hands on knowledge of the processes involved, convinced us that Landmark would be our first choice. We visited a pool in our neighborhood that had recently undergone a major make-over by Landmark Pools, we met and spoke with the homeowners. They were very pleased with their “new” pool, and we liked what we saw. We then agreed to select Landmark Pools for our project. PS: On March 10,2023, Jacob told us that the beginning date scheduled for our pool work would be late May or early June and that the estimated completion date would be June 30,2023. We signed the contract with Landmark and work commenced on May 26, and our “new” pool was completed on June 30,2023, right on time. I am very pleased with our “new” pool and am happy to recommend Landmark Pools to anyone considering a Pool Contractor.

Landmark Pools removed my old pool and installed a new one in 2021-2022 for over $100K. The final product was awesome and worth the 16 months it took them to finish the project (after an initial estimate of 12-14 weeks). In March I noticed that I was having to add water to the pool every few days. When the March water bill arrived it showed my water usage had more than doubled. I contacted Landmark in early April to report the possible leak, didn’t hear back. Several days later I contacted them again and was told they would check with the tech and get back, they didn’t. I contacted them the following week and was told the leak detection company would be out the following week (2 weeks after the initial call). The detection guy dove the pool and couldn’t find any leaks. He set up a bucket test to determine the rate of leakage, turned off the pump system and said he’d be back in a couple days. A week later I contacted Landmark to find out what was going on. I was told the detection company couldn’t find the leak so apparently they dropped the issue. I sent them photos of the bucket test showing a 1-inch loss of water per day. On May 1st I called Landmark and asked to speak to the GM about my concerns and frustration. The person I spoke with (Jennifer) was very nice and sympathetic but didn’t let me speak to the GM. The detection company finally came back and said they found the leak in the main drain. Next day, still leaking an inch a day. Over a week later the detection company dove the pool again and claimed the leak was in a light. Next day, down an inch. I called Jennifer again demanding a different leak person. Evan from Landmark came by a couple days later and did his own leak test which confirmed my inch a day claim. After two dives he located the leak in the handrail into the pool and finally got it stopped on May 25th, confirmed by another leak test.. By that time I had 3 months of excessive water bills (over $300 total) and had put more in than 250 pounds of salt in the pool to cover the water loss. On June 7th and 9th (more than 2 months after the initial call) I contacted Landmark to talk to the GM about reimbursement for the expenses. I was denied access to the GM, Bart O’Connell, who refused to even discuss it with me. His refusal to talk just reinforced the attitude I got from everyone at Landmark, except Evan who was great and professional. Needless to say I tell anyone who asks that they can do better and find a pool company that will standby their product and not hide from customers.

We love our pool. We’ve been using it for 8 months and couldn’t be happier. Steve did a great job designing a beautiful pool on a small waterfront lot. Requirements were a lap lane, 6’ deep end (we’re tall) and a shallow end. He provided that + a bubbler, which we didn’t know we wanted until we got it and a sun shelf. The cost was in line with other quotes. It took forever to complete, but was well worth the wait. The staff was responsive to any issues throughout - I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Can not say enough good about this company! Everyone at Landmark Pools went above and beyond to ensure our pool was installed on time with the highest quality of work performance. Anytime we had an issue they would immediately respond and resolve, even responding to my emails after hours and weekends. I have recommended this company to many since our pool/spa install and will continue. Thank you everyone at Landmark Pools!!

Now that we're all settled in and have had time to really enjoy our pool I just wanted to let everyone at Landmark Pools know just how much we love the finished pool. We get so many compliments on how it turned out. It really is a work of art in our backyard. I know I'm a tough customer and you really did a spectacular job on our pool. Also, our dogs love the shallow top entry step, they run around and play and then sit there to cool off. Thank you to everyone at Landmark Pools for all you did on this project. Landmark has done several smaller projects at my resort, as well as the main pool. Today they rerouted some pipe to consolidate drainage from pools and hot tub, along with some minor grout fixed. HOME RUN, their folks do great work .....do it RIGHT and we appreciate professionals. This is a resort and low quality is never tolerated. Thanks Landmark

We added a pool two years ago. Landmark pools has the best field tech's and customer service we have received from any company. Landmark's customer service goes above the call of duty. No project or problem is too small. They are always friendly and willing to help the customer. We would recommend Landmark pools to anyone that is looking to add a beautiful great quality pool. And friendly customer service.

I used Landmark to do a complete pool and patio renovation in January 2017 and they did a wonderful job. Very professional, courteous and responsive. This project involved all aspects of the pool (new tile, surface, coping, light, etc) and a whole new travertine tile patio over existing concrete and adjacent grass area. The project also included reconstruction of patio steps and relocation of elec and water, all done in concert with new landscaping. Eddie and the team couldn't have been better to work with and to problem-solve all the little things that always come up. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. And count yourself very lucky if you get Eddie as your project lead. Top quality!

We needed our pool resurfaced. We decided on Landmark Pools after four estimates. They came on time, the estimate took about 45 minutes. It was to the point and above all, I felt I was not being sold as much as was being told like it was and what to expect. I felt totally safe with this company so I hired them. They came on time. They did not miss a beat. It was a great job. They even cleaned up after they had cleanup. If and I say IF we have a problem in the future I have all the confidence that Landmark Pools will take care of it. This was a resurface with Pebble Tec. I am 100% happy!

WOW! I can't say enough good things about Landmark Pools. Throughout the time period of working with Bart and his team, I have been impressed. Bart was prompt to follow-up after our initial interview and quick to provide color drawings that allowed us to visualize the pool. They seem to have their work down to a science, and work efficiently to complete the job. Bart was very responsive every time we called and/or e-mailed. My husband and I were unsure as to what color finish we desired as the beadcrete options available didn't quite meet our color scheme. Bart was able to customize and create the finish that matched our tiles and home perfectly. All of the Landmark team that I have encountered have been great. I highly recommend Landmark Pools to anyone in the Tampa Bay area looking for a pool company to work with!

Landmark Pool installed a brand new pool for us. We chose Landmark because they were recommended to us by our seawall guy. We chose them for same reason he did - they have long history of quality work, do not outsource a lot of parts of the job, and priced competitively. Steve was great to work with. He was very responsive and a genuine guy. I know this because I probably had to call and email him a million times. :) But the true test of a company is after the job is done and whether they will support you during issues. Premier Pavers was contracted by Landmark. When we had paver issues, Landmark quickly contacted and resolved our issues. I can't thank enough Donna from the Landmark office for being such a great liaison during and after the work. She went over and beyond for one of our paver issues. Good quality people are a sign of a healthy company and one worth trusting.

Landmark Pools removed our dated pool and replaced it with our dream pool. They exceeded our expectations during the entire process. Their employees are not the average team, but rather, well seasoned, extremely talented, polite people who work hard and take pride in what they do. You are guided through the process as it happens. We never felt as if we did not know what was going on and when it was going to happen. Often their suggestions took our pool to the next level. Our plan was detailed and complex, but they hit it out of the park. We HIGHLY recommend Landmark Pools to our friends and our customers. You can count on them to deliver. If you want the BEST, your choice should be Landmark Pools! I recently needed an extensive repair to a very wide crack in my marcite pool. Eddie from Landmark came out to make an assessment of what needed to be done for the repair. The nature of the crack required "staples" (sections of rebar cemented to the pool shell) on the inside of the pool shell and also the outside. I had option of refinishing my pool interior, which after 18 years was also needed. Eddie gave me an estimate, going over all details of the repair and finished product. Landmark's team of professionals, Mark and Caleb were at my home on the designated day to begin the repair. These two were absolutely amazing with the execution of the repair! A few days later the finishing team came out to spray the finish which is not only gorgeous, but also seals the pool. From start to finish, I give a 10 star rating as this group of professionals are the absolute best!

Recently contracted Landmark to resurface my pool- the entire experience went very well-from getting the estimate, choosing materials and tile, and the work itself. Eddie and the team there go the extra mile to ensure the work is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Our pool looks fabulous and the surrounding area was cleaned and returned back to prior condition of work being done. Highly recommend Landmark to anyone who is looking for top notch quality and service.

Landmark is truly a conscientious, highly professional pool builder and pool renovator. We would highly recommend them. We went through a detailed selection process for a pool company that would renovate our fifteen year old 1260 sq. ft. pool and lanai. We only contacted companies that had a BBB rating of A+, been in business for at least five years and no complaints for 3yrs. We ended up with a short list of eleven companies. Some excluded themselves as they did not cover our area. Of the remaining eight some were high profile names in the Tampa Bay area. One in the Oldsmar area we visited their office/showroom, spoke to their managers and completed a detailed list for them to call us and we never received a call. We invited all of the short list companies to come and quote us and some requested details ahead of the quote. If they did they were sent the original pool and lanai plan with measurements and current photographs. Only Landmark and two others followed through on our request for a quote with an actual visit. We excluded all companies that did not follow through on the request for a quote. Eddie Fernandez from Landmark came when he said he would, was detailed in his assessment and gave us a detailed quote that was understandable and within forty eight hours. At this point we had decided we wanted Pebble Tec and Artistic Pavers. Neither of the other two companies routinely did both of these but could at an increased cost. We therefore went with Landmark. Throughout the selection process Eddie and the office staff were responsive and patient with us, including letting us take home samples of paver and Pebble Tec samples to match with our house colors. They were always available for questions and gently counselled us. We signed the contract and agreed a start date. There was a delay of a day but we were contacted and told in advance. That was not the experience we had with the original builders who we had already excluded from our selection. Eddie had explained the sequence of work and when it would start. Generally that was honored throughout the project with the exception of when weather interrupted work. Then we received a call from Eddie to tell us why there was a slight delay and when the team would restart. Like all pool companies Landmark used subcontractors. All of the subcontractors were professional, courteous and as careful of our property as they could be considering the magnitude and size of the renovation. Premier Brick Pavers Inc., in particular were excellent in that they sent out a senior staff member to check the work and make sure we were happy. There were a few sub-contractor punch list issues that needed attention. Eddie and the office staff ensured the subcontractors completed their issues. Other punch list issues were quickly and effectively completed by Landmarks own staff who were again responsive, professional and courteous. Our one regret – we wished we had used Landmark to build the pool fifteen years ago. They restored our faith in Tampa Bay Pool Builders.

Landmark pools did an excellent job on our pool project. Our salesman, Steve, was extremely helpful when deciding on just what we needed to make our pool the way we wanted. Everyone that visits our home, comments on how beautiful it is , as well as having very functional features. We highly recommend this company, as they were professional and very knowledgable.

We used Landmark for our pool and they exceeded our expectations. They were on time, professional and remained in scope. If we ever move and build another pool, we would just make one phone call.
